Raffle Disclaimer and Rules

This mobile application (Supply) includes links to third-party raffles, which are referred to as "contests" according to app store guidelines. Please be advised that the app store is not a sponsor or affiliated in any way with any of these previous, on-going, or future contests. The contests are provided by third-party entities and are governed by the terms and conditions set forth by those entities. Participation in any contest is at the user's own risk and discretion. The app store does not take any responsibility or liability arising from or related to these contests

The raffles (ie. contests) are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the contest sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

Each raffle (ie. contest) will have a explicit entry period, as stated in the raffle details provided by the third-party entity. Entries submitted before or after the explicit entry period will not be eligible.

To enter a raffle (ie. contest), follow the instructions provided in the raffle details by the third-party entity. No purchase or payment is required to be eligible to enter a raffle, unless otherwise specified by the third-party entity.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process. If a winner cannot be contacted, the third-party does not receive a response, or the winner fails to claim the prize within the explicit time period, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

The specific prizes and their values will be detailed in the raffle information provided by the third-party entity. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made expect as provided at the contest sponsor's sole discretion.

By participating in a raffle (ie. contest), individuals that enter agree to abide by these rules and all decisions made by the contest sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the raffle. The contest sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle.

By participating in a raffle (ie. contest), individuals that enter agree to release and hold harmless the contest sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the raffle or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.

Any disputes arising out of or related to a raffle (ie. contest) will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contest sponsor is based, without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
