Defining Positive & Muted Keywords

Positive Keywords

  1. Positive Keywords are words or phrases you create to prioritize specific push notifications from Restocks.

  2. Restocks will prioritize product titles containing your Positive Keywords.

  3. Positive Keywords are case insensitive and their order doesn't affect prioritization.

  4. For instance, if your Positive Keywords are "adidas Samba" and "LeBron":

    1. You'll only get notifications for product titles with these phrases.

    2. Variations like "Samba adidas" will also trigger notifications.

  5. Notifications won't be received for products not containing your Positive Keywords.

Muted Keywords

  1. Muted Keywords are words or phrases used to disregard specific push notifications from Restocks.

  2. Restocks will ignore product titles containing your created Muted Keywords.

  3. Muted Keywords are case insensitive and their order doesn't affect the exclusion.

  4. For instance, if your Muted Keywords are "adidas Samba" and "LeBron":

    1. Notifications won't be received for product titles with these phrases.

    2. Variations like "Samba adidas" will still be ignored.

  5. You'll receive notifications for all other products not containing your Muted Keywords.

If you are only interested in receiving push notifications for Air Jordan 4's within the Restocks or Raffles feed, these are a few suggested keyword options you can use:

  • jordan 4

  • jordan iv

  • aj 4

  1. Utilizing these keywords excludes products lacking variations of the three keyword sets.

  2. Notifications won't be received for products devoid of these keywords.

  3. Positive keywords serve as a stricter filter compared to Muted keywords.

Muted Keywords

If you are interested in ignoring push notifications for Air Jordan 4's within the Restocks or Raffles feed, these are a few suggested keyword options you can use:

  • jordan 4

  • jordan iv

  • aj 4

  1. Employing these keywords excludes most Air Jordan 4's from Restocks or Raffles.

  2. The system's accuracy relies on retailers' product naming.

  3. Notifications won't be received for products containing these keywords; others will appear in Restocks or Raffles.
