Restocks FAQ

Why am I receiving an out of stock or inventory issue when clicking on restocks?

  1. Some restocks have limited stock and may be sold out by the time a user clicks on a Restocks alert. Product pages are constantly being monitored by sneaker bots and also other interested buyers that may be attempting to cart the product at the same time. Occasionally, some retailers will load and publish a product link without any sizes loaded or live. However, our Restocks feed will only catch products with available sizes.

Why am I being redirected to a login page when clicking on restocks?

  1. Some retailers will require that a customer be logged into an account to access the product page or to add the product to their cart. If this happens, simply sign into your account associated with the respective retailer in order to continue with the checkout flow.

Why am I being redirected to a 404 or error page when clicking on restocks?

  1. Some retailers may pull or remove a product page once stock has sold out or for other reasons. This will result in a 404 or error page when accessing the previously published link.

How can I increase my chances of success on restocks?

  1. Our Restocks feed does not guarantee success but it does greatly improve your chances of securing the products you want. There are additional measures you can take to improve your chances even further.

  2. Upgrade to our Pro plan: If you are not currently subscribed, you may be missing out on dozens of restocks throughout the day. Our Pro plan grants you access to features that cannot be accessed by using our Free plan. Pro users get real-time alerts sent by our team, restocks for hundreds of retailers, customized Restocks notifications so you only get alerted for the products you’re interested in, and more.

  3. Account creation: Some sites require an account in order to begin the checkout flow or cart any product on their site. You can expedite this process before a release by creating an account ahead of time. Every second matters when it comes to restocks so creating an account for retailers before a release can save you valuable seconds when a restock happens. To take it a step further, we suggest using a secure password manager to keep track of your accounts once they are created.

  4. Keep up with the calendar: It’s important to get familiar with release procedures and the ebbs and flows of the release calendar. It’s best practice to keep up with specific products you are interested in before, during, and after a release. Keep up with popular retailers, smaller retailers, and how they differ or relate in terms of their checkout flow. Keeping up and getting familiar with releases and procedures will give you even more of a chance of securing the products you’re looking for.
